BPCA Observer member Exterminators Limited is delighted to announce that the company is planning to list on the Colombo Stock Exchange in January 2022, subject to obtaining relevant regulatory approvals in the near future.

The company plans to offer a 20% equity stake to the general public via the IPO. The funds will be mainly utilized to expand its branch network, invest in novel application equipment, technology and in non-chemical energy saving environmentally sustainable brands.
The company’s revenue grew by 17% FY 20-21 and PAT by 133% even during the current Covid-19 pandemic. The revenue is expected to grow by 12% and PAT by 85% in the FY 21-22.
During the Covid-19 pandemic the company won seven national and international awards such as:
- ‘Gold Award’ at Restart Sri Lanka Awards organised jointly by the ‘Prime Minister’s Office in Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing
- Two more ‘Gold Awards’ for the Best Productive Enterprise in (WP) and Best Entrepreneur survived during the Covid-19 pandemic organised jointly by the National Enterprise Development Authority (NEDA) & National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka
- ‘Bronze Award’ at the SLIM SME Brand Excellence 2020
- Two international awards for CSR and environmental leadership and also clinched the ‘Merit Award’ under service sector (large category) at the Western Province Entrepreneur Awards 2020.
In July 2020, the company was certified as Sri Lanka’s first SME business to be receive the Covid-19 SLS certification from the Sri Lanka Standards Institute.
The company is Asia’s first and among the few pest control companies in the world to be certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
They have created history by scoring 100% points in the ‘Trust Index’ during the certification process in all focus areas such as leadership behavior, credibility and integrity which is a tremendous achievement.
