TeamPoint will be launching their new Service Run feature for their pest control software at PestEx 2024.
Many field service businesses like to build their regular work into ‘a run’ of services. This is a cluster of jobs for a day with visits at different locations grouped into a tried and tested route.
This way of working can be beneficial as it incorporates experience and feedback from field technicians with regard to access and working times.
However many field service management systems are unable to work in this way and jobs have to be organised individually.
TeamPoint have worked with compliance businesses to create the TeamPoint Service Run feature.
Here we can tag jobs so they are built into regular service runs and when work is scheduled TeamPoint will create the selected jobs to be completed on the same day in the order that suits you.
All you have to do is approve to assign to the technician or TeamPoint can automatically assign to the same technician every time. Perfect for routine visits, this feature is very useful for pest control operations and will be launched at PestEx.
