PelGar International has strengthened its organisational structure with the formal appointment of three Heads of Function, reflecting both the growing scale of the business and the depth of expertise within its leadership team.
Nic Blaszkowicz, Allan Bromley and Claire Eeles all remain in their established leadership roles, with updated titles designed to support clearer coordination, accountability and alignment across PelGar’s operations.
Nic Blaszkowicz has been appointed Head of Sourcing, where he supports PelGar’s sourcing activity in close collaboration with procurement and operational teams.
Alongside this, he continues as UK & Ireland Business Manager, leading the regional sales team while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers.
This dual role strengthens communication between commercial, sourcing and operational functions, helping to ensure alignment across the business.
Allan Bromley takes on the role of Head of Production, overseeing manufacturing operations at PelGar’s Alton and Telford sites.
Since joining the business in 2018, Allan has brought extensive management experience from a variety of industries.
He works closely with site teams and cross functional colleagues in logistics, technical and commercial areas to support efficiency, maintain consistent quality and drive continuous improvement across production.
Claire Eeles has been appointed Head of Finance, leading PelGar’s finance function.
With more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing and local government, and qualifications including CIPFA and AAT, Claire is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.
Her role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely financial insight to support informed decision making across the business.
The formal alignment of these roles under Head of Function titles reflects PelGar’s ongoing focus on developing a strong, well connected leadership structure.
By recognising existing responsibilities within a clearer organisational framework, the company continues to promote collaboration, enhance communication and support operational effectiveness across its teams.
